The home has been fully renovated and equipped with modern amenities. An open concept, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and the fun color palette invite you into the space and create an easy flow. The living room has plush furniture with plenty of room for your whole group to lounge and features a huge 70' smart TV connected with tons of free TV shows and movies plus you can connect to your favorite services as well.
The kitchen is the hub of the home. Brand new cabinetry shines and is complemented by the bright backsplash. The space is lit by modern lights and tons of natural light that floods in from the front of the home as well as the adjacent lanai. In the kitchen, in addition to the major appliances, you'll find all of the cooking essentials to prepare and enjoy a simple or gourmet meal after a day basking in the sun or adventuring.
There's a small breakfast nook next to the kitchen, but with the awesome Florida weather, the private back patio is likely where you'll want to dine and spend most of your time. To get to it, you'll pass through the lanai, which is another space where you'll want to spend a lot of time. Have an afternoon cocktail on the lanai while watching sports or chatting with your loved ones before transitioning to dinner alfresco. The backyard has been beautifully landscaped and is surrounded by a new privacy fence. The large dining set has an umbrella to protect you from the sun.
