Summary: This property needs a deep cleaning. Found in the residence; 1 dead & decaying mouse on a sticky trap, a couple of other sticky traps (gross & inhumane) a dried up contact lens on the bathroom floor, a collection of years of dust & trapped items beside the washer/dryer, a low battery in the carbon monoxide detector (which beeped until I removed it from the wall) no batteries in the smoke detectors, and lots of dust… baseboards & corners were really dusty. I did reach out to the management & they offered to replace the batteries for the C0 & fire detectors.
