Welcome to our peaceful and newly renovated Beaufort cottage! Enjoy the convenience of downtown without the hustle and bustle. Our charming cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood in the northwest corner of the city, just one mile from downtown Beaufort, providing quick access to restaurants, shopping, coffee, and more. Five minutes to Bay Street and the Downtown Historic District, 10 minutes to MCRD Parris Island, and 25 minutes to beautiful Hunting Island State Park - a free pass w/ unlimited access is included with your stay.
The cottage was built in 1958 and completely renovated in 2021. It sits on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood, just one mile to the Beaufort city center. There are several large trees providing lots of shade over the property. The private backyard is fully fenced with a deck and comfortable outdoor seating.
The home is 1,000 square feet and contains three bedrooms with one full bath. There are queen beds in the first two bedrooms and a twin daybed that pulls out, converting to a king (two twin mattresses), in the third bedroom. A desk and chair are located in the third bedroom offering a comfortable designated workspace. The bathroom and kitchen are both fully remodeled with all new appliances in the kitchen. A washer and dryer are available for your use as well. Additionally, we have a pack 'n play, booster seat, toys, and books available for small children.
There are two smart TVs in the home - a 43 inch in the living room and a 32 inch in the master bedroom. Both TVs will be signed in to Disney Plus and Paramount Plus as streaming options. Feel free to login to any other available apps as well. A fast and reliable wifi connection is available throughout the home.
