Positive: LOCATION hands down - right off the exit so great arriving later in evening. Comfort of beds and cleanliness of rooms.

Negative: The front desk woman needs to go. The last thing you want after a long 11 hour drive is arriving to someone who was clearly inconvenienced by guests. She was beyond MISERABLE - older woman on the 9 p.m. shift on Friday, March 14th. Had difficulty getting my license out of my wallet and felt scolded like a 2 year old would by their mother. Perhaps someone with a smile and a personality to greet their guests might be best.
