Summary: Had bug issues all weekend, including another guest actually leaving as I was checking in for the same reason. But what bothers me the most is the lack of concern for my issues and obviously for the other person who was leaving when I got there.
I mentioned that I would have like to have had someone address this issue with me directly, with both the person who I checked in with and as well on one of the too many emails that they send you, but no one could take that opportunity for me to discuss the concerns and actually not leave this type of feedback, but obviously I was not important enough reach back out to. Their loss, because I will be back in a few weeks, but not staying here again. Astounding how just a little customer service would go a long way, and they did not give two Ship. (And I don’t mean the “P”.)

Summary: The desk clerk was very personable. I was a little disappointed to learn that the request I made for a ground floor handicapped room could not be honored. He told me there was only 1 room with the special shower and that room was unavailable. I was able to get a ground floor room which we needed. When we entered the room the A/C was off which made the room really hot. It took time for the room to cool down. I walked through the room and took pics. There were a few things that appeared unclean. There was standing water in the bathtub which was able to be released and drained. There were black hairs in the tub, on the back of the bathroom door and some on the floor. We did notice today (when looking at the bed) there were black hairs in the bed as well (we are all blonde haired). You can see the condition of the floor in the bathroom in the attached pic. I mentioned asking for a handicapped room because of the shower. I have ulcers on my feet and cannot take a regular shower or bath because the ulcers cannot get wet. I wasn't able to shower while I was there. My wife showered last night (7-8) and the water backed up into the tub. It took a while for it to drain. The chair in the room was a bit stained as well. This hotel was listed as a Wyndham property. I have stayed in many Wyndham properties and I guess I expected a little more. I did like the access to many different places (Food, Shopping & Historical exploration). I might consider staying in this hotel again.

Summary: No fitted bed sheet to the mattress so we had to use the main sleeping sheet. Gross.

Summary: I always read previous reviews when making a decision on where to stay…I would gather to say that the majority of them were false….
Musty smelling room, dirty sheets, pillowcases(hair), hair in the sink and shower, a forgotten necklace left on the nightstand table (which I gave to the front desk), bobby pins laying on the tray that holds the coffee maker..I could go on..
I would not stay here again.

Summary: Close to stores not hard to find rooms clean pool nice but no bolt latches on doors and I always use those but that was the only downside good stay for a night

Summary: I was surprised that the hotel was so clean and updated. Price was good for a week day. Staff was pleasant. Pet friendly and fee was reasonable and much appreciated as many hotels overcharge on pet fees especially when most pets aren't the one's that make huge messes. People do. Thanks for being very accomodating!
