1 Norriego is located in Holiday Isle. Boats are welcome but no trailers or RVs allowed on property. If you are bringing a trailer make arrangements with us for free parking offsite. This location is the best place to be in Destin because it’s not on Hwy 98 and you don’t have to deal with summer traffic! You can navigate to everything from Holiday Isle! Private beach access directly across the street. The Water Taxi will pick you up from the back yard and taxi you to Harborwalk Village for entertainment and dinning. Bicycle to Norriego Point to watch fireworks every Thursday night during the summer. You can also see the fireworks from the balcony if you want to stay home! If you have a boat, bring it because we have a 65ft inland slip with deep water access to Destin Harbor and Crab Island! Our 2 story home is on a huge corner lot with a gated spacious back yard and second floor wrap around balcony. The main living is on the second floor. It also has a lockout living space on the first floor. It is newly updated with an airy beach theme perfect for a beach vacation rental. It can comfortably sleep 12 people and has off street parking for 8 cars, 2 car garage. Come experience Holiday Isle luxury style!!!
The ground floor living space has a front and rear entrance. The living area has a sitting area and a set of twin bunks, a TV, mini refrigerator, microwave and sink. It has a private bedroom with queen bed and full bath with combo tub/shower.
The main living is on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor has a wrap around balcony with front and rear entrances. The living room, kitchen and dining area is an open concept layout. You can seat 6 at the island and 8 at the dining table. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. The primary bedroom (#1) has balcony access, a king bed and ensuite bath with dual sinks and walk-in shower. Bedroom # 2 has balcony access and a queen bed. Bedroom # 3 has a queen bed. Bedroom #4 has a set of twin bunks. All 2nd floor spare bedrooms share a full bath.
