PROPERTY RULES:
1) Each guest must be registered 24 hours before the arrival and must show his Identity or Passport document at the entrance.
2) The DocuSign is a mandatory document and must be completed at least 72 hours before the arrival of the guest. DO NOT ENTER ANY GUEST WITHOUT THIS DOCUMENT AND WITHOUT HAVING REVISED PAYMENTS
3) Each visitor must provide a copy of its document upon arrival. All visitors must be 18 and over. They must not stay sleeping. You must not exceed the property capacity at any time. Each extra person will be charged accordingly. Official guests must send their passport information before arriving to the property.
4) No noises or loud music are allowed after 22:00 hrs.
5) The use of the property is only allowed for residential, business or leisure purposes, no meeting or parties of any type are allowed in the property. A fine of $2000 USD will be charged for such activities.
6) Any damage caused to the property belongings must be notified to the company that provides the rental service and must be attended and fixed in less than 7 working days.
7) It is forbidden to bring pets of any kind to the property.
8) It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substances in the premises of the property, including cigars and tobacco there is a $400 USD fee if you are found smoking inside.
9) We are not responsible for the loss of documents or personal items, we suggest if the property has a security box in the rooms, make use of them.
10) Sex tourism within the property is totally forbidden.
11) Children must be always accompanied by an adult.
12) Every time you leave the property, turn off the A / C, lights and leave the windows and the entrance door closed.
13) Please do not leave the keys inside the property. A locksmith brings an extra cost to you. Every additional set of keys has a cost of $100 USD.
14) To conserve the environment, we ask you to be responsible for the consumption of water and light.
15) Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Please give the keys to the local expert. Make sure to let your Local Expert know your Check-Out time and leave the windows & door are secured.
16) For your safety, there are cameras controlled by a private security company in the social areas of the property, never in private areas.
17) Tenant is solely responsible for the use of the swimming pool or roman pool (the Pool) located on the property, and the Host has warned the Tenant of the dangers to Tenant that could result from the use of the Pool since there is no lifeguard on duty. The Tenant hereby releases the Host, his heirs, successors, and assigns (collectively Releasees) from all liability for any physical injury or death to the Tenant that results, directly or indirectly from the use (accidental or otherwise) of the Pool. Tenant further agrees to indemnify and save and hold Releasees harmless from any loss, liability (accidental or otherwise), attorneys' fees, damage, or costs that Releasees (or any of them) may incur arising out of or related to the use the Pool, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. The Tenant fully understands that the use of the Pool involves risks and dangers of serious bodily injury, including death (Risks), and understands that the use of the Pool and surrounding areas will not be supervised by any of the Releasees, and Tenant fully accepts and assumes all Risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages Tenant incurs as a result of using said Pool or surrounding areas.
GUEST RECOMMENDATION:
* Check out: 11am.
* Lost fob: $100 USD per item.
* Lost key: $35 USD per item.
* Lockout: $200 USD per lockout (if necessary to break the lock system, tenant will have to pay for it).
* Late check out: $75 USD per hour (must be accepted 24 hours in advance).
* Garbage and cardboard must be thrown away before you leave, excessive garbage will have a charge of $150 USD.
* It is prohibited to wait or stay in the lobby area of the building before your check in time or after check out time.
* Strictly prohibited productions or events on the location. This is a residential neighborhood and Police is very strict with any disruption of the peace.
* Please keep the noise down, especially during weekdays and late at night. $150 USD fine.
* All guest must have traveler insurance on their own for the duration of their stay.
* We are not responsible for packages (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy) sent to the address of the property.
* Check-in is from 4pm to 8pm. If you arrive after the stipulated time, an additional 50 USD payment is incurred and if it is after midnight it is an additional 80 USD.
If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
