Enjoy the sights and sounds of fish, birds, dragonflies, butterflies and visits from our local manatee family from the covered screen lanai or open-air patio. It's definitely a bonus if fishing, kayaking, boating, or any number of water activities are your thing. Nokomis and Venice beaches, Legacy Trail, Downtown historic Venice Island, and plenty of fabulous restaurants and tiki huts are all within a few miles of this destination retreat.
Inside, you'll find a split bedroom floor plan with the main living area flowing into the open dining and kitchen areas. The open concept, flooded with natural light, makes for an amazing spacious feel throughout.
The fully equiped kitchen can be opened to the outdoor dining and seating areas in true indoor-outdoor Florida-style living.
The primary bedroom suite hosts a king-sized bed, full sliding pocket glass doors opening to the outdoor space and includes a custom private bathroom, finished in exotic stone and onyx inlay cascading through the oversized walk-in shower. The second bedroom hosts a trundle, twin-sized day bed, and desk area with gazing views of its own. Lux finishes in the 2nd bath don't disappoint either.
Washer and dryer are on site. Garage space and additional parking areas for an RV or a boat is an option. Dog considered at owner's discretion; no cats permitted.
