Summary: Everything is a little dated in the house, but for the price they are charging it was a good deal. There are a lot of decoration/antiques on the walls / end tables so if you have young ones that cannot control themselves get the insurance. All of the young kids in our family were sent outside (summer time) if they started to get rambunctious. This only gets 4 stars from me for the Vacasa management. VRBO lets them handle check in and out not on VRBO which would be fine if they were quick. I did not get the door codes on check in day and when I texted Vacasa they first suggested I missed it in my spam folder. After a 10 min back and forth they finally agreed to get me the codes. After another 45 min of waiting they sent me two codes for the doors. What they didn't bother to tell was that it was only for the lock boxes for the physical keys (took us another 15 min. to figure that out). So we waited about an hour outside the house before we could get in. Once we got inside it went OK. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils & appliances. The checkout policy is reasonable and easy to follow.
