You are located on the 3rd level, with views of the beach and ocean from your patio overlooking the pool. Grab the Jolley Trolley to enjoy a day downtown in Dewey Beach, where you can find fantastic nightlife, excellent restaurants, and shops.
LOCATION: Ocean block condo with ocean views! Funland is just a block away, and Jungle Jim's water park is just a few miles from the condo. Fantastic location with great views. This is a perfect vacation spot - just park & walk.
PARKING: Assigned parking for two cars under the building. There is a height restriction of 6ft.
AMENITIES: Community charcoal grilling area, outdoor shower, elevator building, and community pool.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a linen rental package to guests. No pets and no smoking. Height restriction to access the garage parking. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Summary: If you plan to take two vehicles, please be aware you will really only have access to one of them! It took some work to get the first vehicle angled between concrete pillars and a concrete wall. The second vehicle has to park the first one in. Most other condos in this complex come with two separate spots - this one did not! If you plan on taking two vehicles make sure they are SMALL! Unit was not as thoroughly cleaned as we would've liked but it was high season and there is only a small window for turnover. Unit was dated but proximity to the beach and boardwalk made up for it!
