Beautifully maintained and tastefully updated, our sweet home is the perfect blend of historic charm and modern amenities.
We are located to take advantage of all Gainesville has to offer- right in the heart of historic Duckpond, a short walk to downtown restaurants and bars, and about two miles to UF campus, including Ben Hill Stadium, Stephen C. O'Connell Center, and UF Health Shands Hospital.
The space
Our 1917 bungalow has been lovingly updated while preserving its original charming details of high ceilings, tall baseboards, wood floors, and sunny windows. Our home features:
• An updated, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher
• A large living room with a decorative fireplace and equipped with a Samsung smart tv
• A delightful separate dining room with a table for six, gorgeous bay window, and decorative fireplace
• Two large bedrooms with queen beds
• Luxurious master bath with clawfoot slipper tub and separate shower
• Laundry room with washer and dryer
• Delightful outdoor seating areas- enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine relaxing on the large front porch or under the pergola in the fully enclosed spacious backyard

Guests have full, exclusive access to the house and yard.
Street parking is available on the street in front of the house. The driveway and garage are for owner use only and not accessible for guests.

The fireplaces in the living room and dining room are for charm and character only! They have been sealed and are no longer operable.
