The living room has a comfortable seating area with a white couch, matching loveseat, and two accent chairs. This setup faces a TV mounted on a chic coastal cabinet. Honey-toned floors flow seamlessly into the dining area, which features a table and six hardwood chairs. Between the living and dining rooms, a glass door opens onto a furnished screened-in patio, an extension of the home’s wraparound balcony. Back inside, the quaint kitchen has white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and ample storage and counter space.
The bedrooms are just as sunny as the main living area. Each room is colorfully painted and adorned with simple but elegant beach décor. In the primary suite, you will find a queen-size bed, desk, a flatscreen TV, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The nearby Gulf Place Town Center features various must-visit spots, such as the Perfect Pig, Sunrise Coffee Co Pizza by the Sea, Coastal Paradise, and Soho Beach.
