Summary: Check in was horrible. I tried to give her my identification from the beginning because I knew she would need it and could possibly use it to look up the reservation. She didn’t take it, asked for my name, then proceeded to tell me she didn’t have a reservation for me. I started to panic but she had just smelled something incorrect. Then came back and asked for my identification. I did get a smoking room but it smelled really horribly, I didn’t want to eat my food inside the room. The tub had stains.
