We live in the vicinity and frequently drive by our homes. We are very attentive to our guests and we are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival.

Home is tucked away in up and coming single-family residential neighborhood. There is a nearby park and will notice many young kids/families walking to the park.

Guests have access to the entire home including the front and back yards. The garage is off-limits.
We are able to offer an early check-in for $10 per hour, when available. Late checkouts are not possible.

This is a self-check-in property. You will receive a personalized 5-digit door code for the duration of your stay. This door code will be provided on the morning of the reservation.

We do not de-ice or shovel the driveway during winter months.

The thermostat has parameters set. The heat will go no higher than 74 Degrees Fahrenheit and the A/C (cooling) will go no lower than 72 Degrees Fahrenheit.

There is an additional guest fee per person/night of $10 for the 4th guest and up.
