Our property is a elevated beach cottage, (connecting duplex), front and rear, which can be booked individually or jointly. Maximum occupancy in the Front Unit is up to 6 people. As the whole house, it's a great place for a large family's getaway or reunion. Combined units can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The beach is just a short walk across the street, with beach access at either corner. We've your beach gear ready for you!
Remodeled open concept living area and with relaxing balcony. It's interior is a bright, warm, elegant, with a cozy Hampton style ambiance. On the night that you don't want to dine out, the kitchen is equipped with all the tools necessary for a perfect dinner for two, or a family sized meal. The first bedroom has a Queen sized bed; dresser; 2 night stands with lamps and a wall mount flat screen HDTV. The second bedroom has two full sized bed; nightstand with lamp and a dresser with a flat screen Smart TV with a ROKU Stick.. The 3 piece bathroom has a spa shower head and by the pedestal sink, we've a spa make-up mirror, and nook for all of your toiletries & makeup needs.
Our garden is the perfect place to relax with a good book and a great drink. If privacy and peace is what you need, you've come to the right place! If you wish to work on your sun tan while reading a good book, you may find our garden oasis the perfect place. The back patio is a shared space with seating for 14, with grill, oscillating fans, lights, swing and hammocks. It feels like paradise with plenty of room. Or if it's adventure you crave, at the nearby municipal marina you can book your dream sailing trip.
