GUEST FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT GUEST IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR AND ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY OF EVERY KIND FROM USE OF THE POOL AND THE SURROUNDING POOL AREA BY GUEST, GUEST’S FAMILY (IF ANY), GUEST’S PETS (IF ANY) AND ANY GUESTS OF GUEST DURING GUEST’S STAY AT THE PROPERTY.
