The visual effects, sea sounds, and sea aromas offer a truly calming setting. From sunrise to sunset, as far as you can see East and West, you will be astounded with the views!
This condo is designed to allow you to experience this setting inside as well as outside with the wall to wall glass doors and windows. Another unique feature of this three bedroom/three bath condo are the two master suites both with equally stunning views! It is artfully decorated and beautifully furnished. There is a dining table with seating for six plus seating for three more at the kitchen bar, gorgeous bedding and accessories and large Smart TVs. The laminated plank floors are spectacular! The gourmet kitchen is yours to enjoy with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. All three just remodeled bathrooms are nicely appointed with a walk in shower and a brand new shower tub combo in the hall bath All with quartz counter tops and tile surrounds. There are two master suites with king size beds and the third bedroom has two twin bunk beds and a third trundle twin and also a queen size bed. A queen size Murphy Bed is located in the living area posing as a TV console. There is maximum sleeping capacity of 11 but of course provides wonderful privacy for less occupants. Both masters have large sliding glass doors that allow an amazing view of the ocean from the 10th floor. The balcony is furnished with ample seating so everyone can enjoy the views of the Gulf as it is truly amazing from this balcony.
Watercrest Condominiums completed a 4.5 million dollar renovation and the entire complex is fresh starting with the beautiful entrance portico with amazing water feature to the pool deck where all the outdoor furnishings are new. You will find it well maintained and very clean. Please come and experience this beautiful stretch of sugar white sand beaches, abundant entertainment, and friendly southern hospitality. Of course the beach is the main attraction but the pool complex with large pool, heated in cooler weather, kiddie pool and hot tub, are a cut above also with The Tiki Bar poolside at serving your favorite frozen cocktails along with snacks and light lunch entries. Everything you need for an amazing day at the beach! There are 27 miles of beach in this Northwest Florida paradise and Watercrest is one of the most beautiful well maintained condos in the area. We love this East end of the beach because the traffic is so much lighter than in other areas. Also, parking is easy at Watercrest, you will register and pay for parking upon arrival, and the elevators are fast. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the on site amenities such as tennis and shuffleboard courts and pickle ballcourts, heated pool cooler weather, hot tub, kiddie pool and exercise room.

There are multiple vendors on he beach to assist you with jet ski, pontoon, kayak or boat rentals. You can also go parasailing, water tubing, diving, snorkeling or select to go on a dolphin watching expedition. If you tire of the beach you can chose to play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts, visit Just Jump Trampoline Park, or spend some time in an arcade or go shopping at Pier Park. Please do not forget St Andrew's State Park for a wonderful day trip. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise ( family favorite) or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or to mention a few. For a wonderful day trip, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf.
