Summary: Perfectly situated to visit local restaurants and beaches. We love driving out to Boca Grande or enjoying Blind Pass; only 20-25 minute drive. Great neighborhood for walking my dog every morning, often seeing bunnies or an occasional gopher tortoise in the grass. The cute, quaint table and chairs on the screened in porch was a perfect place to enjoy coffee and quiet time.
