This absolutely charming 2-bedroom, 2 Bath condo is located on the 5th floor in the beautiful East Building of SeaSpray Condominiums. Come and enjoy the view of the Gulf of America from the oversized balcony and watch dolphins swim by with a mimosa or cup of coffee in your hand. This living room is decorated with modern, relaxing, coastal décor and is SOOOO cozy! The master bedroom has a plush king bed to sleep and lounge in, and you can also access the balcony from this bedroom. How romantic! The guest bedroom is nicely appointed with 2 comfy full-size beds. The kitchen is quite large and is well-stocked. It's sure to please any chef in the family. Come on down and make memories that you'll never forget in this adorable coastal getaway! Be sure to enjoy the 3 pools SeaSpray has to offer, as well as the hot tub, well-equipped beachfront gym, grilling area right on the pier, our marina with boat slips, and our newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts!

Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee is $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.
