Watch the dolphins feeding and the boats running in and out of the Bay on their way to the Gulf for some of the best fishing spots in Florida. The huge beachfront holds white sand and the shelling is superb.
This fabulous 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath vacation condo is the perfect sunny getaway for your family. The open concept living area has tile throughout and is beautifully furnished. The living room features comfy seating and a flat screen TV with HD so you can watch from the kitchen while you prepare meals. The dining area has a table for four. Or you can have everyone dine out on the screened in lanai on the second dining table for four. The newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, and granite counter tops! Plenty of dishware and glassware for fine dining inside, plus outdoor picnic supplies, most utensils you would ever need, blender, coffee maker, new pans and so much more.

Master Bedroom En Suite has a King-sized bed, large screen tv and its own private lanai access. The newly remodeled master bath features brand new cabinets and granite counter top. The Guest Bedroom is cozy and casual with twin beds. The totally remodeled GUEST BATH has a tiled walk-in shower.
On-site amenities at Carlos Pointe include a GULF FRONT HEATED POOL, ample lounge chairs to soak up the sun, a shaded picnic area with lots of tables, and a social room overlooking the pool. There is also a large room with a full-sized fridge which is perfect to bring snacks and drinks to the pool and keep them cold all day. It is important to note that the beach is WIDE in this location and will be a longer walk to get to the water. Due to the location of the condo near Big Carlos Pass, you will almost always see dolphins and find beautiful shells. The walk is 100% worth it!
Bring your fishing poles and catch Grouper, Snook, Sharks and more from the shore at Big Carlos Pass. Fort Myers Beach is home to the renowned Shrimp fishing fleet. Enjoy fresh catches daily. While you stroll this huge, gorgeous beach, you likely will see Dolphins, Manatees, Pelicans and dozens of shore birds.
Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.
Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. The southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is now open to cars and bicycles for easy travel access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples, but construction continues until May 2026 as they remove the old bridge.
