About Key Largo
Key Largo, the northern-most island of the Florida Keys island chain, is only an hour's drive from South Florida's two major airports. Yet, it is a world away. As you look at the tropical hardwoods, the winding creeks, and the stunning coral formations, it is no wonder Hollywood chose to film scenes from the movies 'PT 109' and 'Key Largo' here.
Key Largo is sandwiched between the watery wilderness of the Everglades National Park to the north and the fish-covered coral formations of North America's only living coral barrier reef to the east. With the emergence of COVID-19 virus, we have taken additional cleaning and disinfection measures to help prevent its spread and help ensure the safety of our guests. Our cleaning protocol has been formulated on the guidelines produced by the Vacation Rental Management Association and based on publicly available information from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
Before your arrival, our professional cleaning service is disinfecting with enhanced cleaning practices all contact areas which includes hard surfaces, utensils, kitchen ware, floors, linens, appliances, furniture, bathrooms and more.
The Company is trained on how to properly use cleaning, disinfecting, and chemical products (e.g. germicides) and on safe waste disposal and will use fit-for-purpose PPE during the cleaning process and disposed properly.
We are allowing a minimum of 24 hours between bookings. It is expected that the guest will follow all current local and CDC guidelines for infection control while using the property.
