Positive: The facility was clean and well designed.

Negative: Somebody knocked on my door before I was about to check out on my reservation. It says check out before 12. It was not after 12; it was around 10 am. If you want guests to check out at a specific time, that should be specified before the reservation is made. I really wish somebody hadn't knocked on my door, because I feel like that ruined my whole experience. It feels like I'm being rushed out, and I shouldn't be. I paid to stay at this place, which really bothered me.
