Positive: The staff was great, from the front desk, Courtney, to the cook and housekeeping. The breakfast was delicious.

Negative: One elevator was down, which made the wait to get to and from the room a bit longer than usual. Also, our key didn't work for the back entrance. Since our room faced the back, we parked in the back and entered through the pool, but our key didn't work, so we had to return to the front, which was fine. It was a hassle with luggage.

Summary: Our stay was comfortable and everything was clean. Great location.
