Summary: The check in process was Beverly slow and the delay carried on into the night. To be fair, they did end up comping us a room in addition to my reservation. The problem was it was right next to a loud party with a room full of 20 or so young people drinking and smoking until after 11pm. The management was reluctant to deal with it though the eventually did. Room was cleared out by 1am. The next morning all seemed better and then the coffee ran out as i went down to get my morning joe, the breakfast area was over crowded and not well managed. They continued to run out of food and coffee and we ended up going out for breakfast in town. Location of the hotel is ideal but overall not a good experience at all.
