Summary: Plenty of room for 7 adults and 4 children ages 6-12. Stairs to upper floor were steeper than I expected and had to be carefully traversed. We were able to walk all around town and Ohiopyle State Park from the rental. Coffee shops, restaurants, rentals for bikes etc. all close by. We had no pets, but were plenty of dogs in town.
