Newer Home 3,000 square feet, we call the Riviera Retreat, is the perfect vacation getaway for a large family or families vacationing together. Centrally located on the quiet West end between Pier Park, Frank Brown Sports Complex and 30A.

This coastal oasis is dripping coastal beach decor all the way down to the ship-lap detail. It has Private Beach access, amazing views that allow you to overlook the pool, see the gulf and more from both decks while your kids play. This spacious three story home has five bedrooms, and two of them are master bedrooms, a large kitchen and two separate smaller kitchenettes on the other floors, and 4.5 baths.
The first floor offers separate living space with one bedroom (queen bed), a full bathroom, a living area that includes a sofa sleeper and its own kitchenette (full size refrigeration, microwave and sink).
The second floor offers a living/lounging area that's open to both the dining, kitchen and balcony views that overlook the gulf, the private lake and the swimming pool, the master bedroom (king bed) and a large spa like bathroom and a half bath.
The third floor offers another separate living/lounging area with a large sectional sofa, 70" television, a kitchenette, three additional bedrooms and outdoor patio views that overlook the gulf, the private lake and the swimming pool. The second master (queen) is on the third floor, a kids bunk-room (four bunks) and another bedroom (queen).
All kitchens are stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishware and glasses. First and third floor kitchenettes have a microwave, a refrigerator and a coffee pot. The main kitchen has a blender, mixer and a toaster. A complimentary starter (limited) supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee, dishwasher detergent laundry detergent and toiletry soap & shampoo are supplied to get you started.
This home is ideal for two families who want to vacation together under one roof.
All rooms include large flat-screen televisions, bedside tables with USB receptacles and high-quality bedding.
The property offers a large pool with plenty of area to enjoy the sun. Enjoy fishing on the five acre lake or roasting marshmallows over an open fire in the community fire pit when you unwind from your long day at play.
Located within walking distance to Sunnyside Grill, where you can enjoy local breakfast and lunch fair. Also within walking distance of the Reef Bar at Beachside Resort for that relaxing cocktail as you watch the amazing sunsets.
Winn Dixie, Publix (grocery delivery available), and CVS are just a few blocks down Front Beach Road for any items you might need.
This property has parking for 1 vehicle inside the garage and 3 vehicles outside.
You must be 21 years of age or older. All renters 21-24 are required to have two primary (responsible) tenants. Responsible renter(s) must be an occupant. All renters under 25 are required to pay an additional $1,000.00 cash deposit due prior to check-in. Any violator will be evicted without refund. All rentals are required to sign our vacation short-term vacation rental contract that will be sent to you for esignature to confirm your booking. We also require names and ages of all guests with copies of photo IDs for all guests over 17 years of age.
This property allows one small (under 20 pounds) dog per booking with payment of $100 non refundable pet fee and Pet Addendum signed by responsible renter. Please notify property manager if bringing a pet.
*Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100.00% (less $99.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $99.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival

Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi or Cable television service during your stay, NO exceptions.
Any reservation that exceeds 30 days will require an added renewal of the Accidental Waiver fee for every 30 days cycle of a reservation. Example: a 45 days reservation will require the waiver to be renewed for a second charge of $69.95)
