Our beach house features two covered porches appointed with relaxing wicker rockers and chairs, a huge deck overlooking the private pool and terrace level lanai (covered) adjacent to the pool.
As you enter the driveway, you experience the tranquil view of the private pool area featuring comfortable lawn chairs, a dining table & chairs, gas grill, and outdoor shower; all enclosed for privacy by a white picket fence.
Entering on the Terrace Level, the cozy media room opens directly onto the covered lanai for relaxing in the sun or shade while enjoying family and friends. There is a queen bedroom and full bath off the media room. The sofa in the media room also serves as a queen size bed, when needed. The double garage is filled with beach chairs, beach wagon, pool toys/floats, and bicycles, plus an extra refrigerator, washer and dryer for your convenience.
The Main Level invites you into a wonderful open and spacious Great Room, Dining Room and Kitchen with Florida views and access to the secluded front covered porch – great for morning coffee. There is a full bath and two bedrooms (queen and double bunk) as well, with access to the large deck overlooking the pool.
The Upper Level Master bedroom suite (queen and full bath) accesses a small balcony with a view of the pool.

We are located on a quiet residential street just off Hwy 30A at Seacrest Beach in White's Gulfview Estates, which is a “stone’s throw” west of trendy Alys Beach. Only 100 steps from the house, you’ll find the private beach boardwalk used exclusively for White's Gulfview residents.
La Vida del Sol is perfect for vacationing with family and friends. If you're not a beach bum, South Walton is considered a golfer's paradise. There are numerous golf courses in the area. However, if golf isn't you're thing, you can take a morning stroll along the beach or bike, walk or jog the 18-mile path that winds along Scenic 30A passing several lakes and National parks offering gorgeous views of the Gulf. Shopaholics can browse the unique shops and boutiques and foodies will be delighted by the many casual or fine dining choices in nearby Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach & Seaside.
