This cozy beach home located in Oceanside Village in a private gated community is the perfect place to enjoy family time playing your favorite board games, choosing a new book to read, watching a favorite movie, and/or having your favorite beverage at the mini bar in the sunroom. You will only be a quick 5 minute drive to the private beach parking lot. Plenty of activities in the village with 2 outdoor swimming pools and 1 indoor pool, tennis court, playground, 4 fishing lakes, volleyball court, and open ball park. We take pride in the smallest of detail to provide the best comfort and beachy look to our beach house.
Oceanside Village is a private gated community with 24-hour security. The Village has four beautiful fishing lakes, tennis courts, a basketball court, a bocce ball court, a multi-use softball field, a volleyball court and lots of walking and biking areas. We also have three pools; two outdoors which one has an added waterpark, a shallow area to set lounge chair into the water and a jacuzzi. The house is located on the same street as the outdoor pool. There is also an indoor heated pool nearby with a kiddie pool. Snack bars available at both pools and they have plenty of room for sitting, lounging and having refreshments. There is an outside grilling area at the outside pool.
Our home is approximately one block from the outdoor pool on Fair Oaks. The beach is approximately a 15 minute walk or quick drive to private village parking lot.
Our home features three bedrooms with two bathrooms. All Bedrooms have brand new carpeting installed and have been freshly painted. The master bathroom was just renovated with a brand new/tub shower combo with handrails and sleek design. The lst bathroom connects to the hallway and master bedroom and the 2nd bathroom has a shower and connects between two bedrooms. Ceiling fans are installed in all bedrooms, living room and sunroom. Ceramic tile is in both bathrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen-size seagrass bed with new mattress, two dressers w/ brand new Roku TV. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed with new mattress and w/1 dresser and new Roku TV and the third bedroom has a two twin size beds with new mattresses, a dresser with new Roku TV. All bedrooms have their own closets with hangers and room for storing other personal belongings and clothes hampers for dirty laundry.
In addition, the living room has been updated with brand new luxury vinyl laminated flooring and has a new pull out queen sleep sofa and matching love seat and and w/new ROKU cable TV. Our beach home also offers a large renovated kitchen with new refrigerator and new counter tops and an island surface unit, brand new built-in oven/microwave oven, a new dishwasher, garbage disposal, blender, toaster, new Keurig coffee maker for single and full coffee pot, and crock pot and all the dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. you may ever need.
Other features include a full size washer and dryer, a large dining table, a high chair, portable playpen crib, and a wrap around bar area for additional dining, an iron and ironing board, five color TVs. Also offer board games, puzzles, and variety of books. We also offer WiFi Internet service at no additional fee for your convenience.
There is also a sunroom addition with comfortable wicker furniture and new HDTV, a mini bar w/bar stools where you can relax, read a book, have a glass of wine or share with your family the exciting activities you will be having during your stay.
We provide some beach sand toys, frisbees and a gas grill.
We provide to you the best possible service so that you will have a great vacation and then hope you will come back for future visits. In order for each renter to receive this same service, we ask that you leave the beach house in the same great condition as it was when you arrived.
Please note that we rent our home to families and the parents must be 26 years or older. Maximum occupancy is 8 people. No House parties of any kind are permitted. Only those individuals listed on the agreement which is attached are permitted inside and outside the home. Our normal weekly term is Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is at 4 p.m. and check out time is before 11 a.m. We also will consider less then a week stay in some cases (usually during off peak season - September - December and April and May).
Smoking (cigarettes, vaping, cigars, marijuana, etc) of any Kind is Not permitted inside the home. Pets are Not permitted at this property.
Thank you for viewing our site. We feel you will truly enjoy your stay here and will come back again in the future. You must sign the rental agreement for the reservation to be accepted in full. One half of the total payment is expected to reserve your stay once adhere to the rental agreements for the house. The remainder payment is expected at four weeks before your reserved date.
A key card purchased from the office will provide access to the private beach parking lot and will be refunded partial when return the card.
Basic toiletries, detergents, paper towels, etc are provided when you arrive to begin your stay.
An outside security camera near the carport and the front door is installed in order to keep the home safe and belongings secured. This is only for outside purposes and is not to be deactivated by guests.
It is important to note that we do everything possible to make sure everything is in working condition upon your arrival. However, situations may occur which would cause some items in need of repair during your stay. You will be notified as soon as possible if this happens to explain the situation and what we are doing to remedy the situation.
Due to the rising cost of insurance, the personal golf cart will no longer be available in the rental. However, Oceanside Village does have their own fleet of golf carts available for rent by the day or the week. Inquire with the office on the rates.
