Located on the desired “ocean side”, you will be just steps from a private beach, pool and spa. Lounge on the pristine powder-like sugar sand beach or enjoy one of the private palapas as you take in the beautiful one-of-a-kind view of the majestic waters.
This unit comes with the use of high-end golf cart equipped with a blue tooth compatible stereo. You can stream your Bluetooth tunes on your the way to the Trattoria for lunch or the market to pick up food for your day at the beach (DUE TO COVID-19 restrictions, visitors are not currently allowed to use the Island Market or Trattoria). On Island Club Facilities and Restaurants are not available to guests.
This delightful end unit boasts one of the largest balconies in the Seaside Community. It is a perfect location to take in the amazing Miami nights. The elevated balcony is massive. It is high enough to evade the “street noise”, but not so high you have to waste island time waiting on an elevator.
