Summary: The house is in poor shape, including a backyard overgrown and unusable, an upstairs sink that can only provide hot water, beds that are uncomfortable, a small porch with uncomfortable chairs. Some of the bedrooms lack windows or privacy or are tiny rooms. Some of the room fans do not work. There are no written instructions about how to use or find anything in the house.
