Perfectly located in the village of Fernandina, you'll be only a short golf cart (included with waiver!) drive away from the Bradenton Village Center, the Gilchrist and Manatee Recreational Centers, and the Bonifay Country Club, among others.
Property comes with everything you need including wi-fi, a gas golf cart, and a propane grill.
