The expansive back deck is a wonderful place to host friends and family as you overlook the 14th hole of the Oak Marsh Golf Course.
Updated and meticulously maintained, this private Amelia Island home boasts beautiful hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, and large windows that accentuate the golf views. The spacious, airy living room and modern, fully-equipped kitchen share a double-sided fireplace, perfect for cooler days on Amelia Island. The kitchen includes a center island with a deep sink, as well as upscale, stainless steel appliances.
The open-concept floorplan has the dining area only steps away from the kitchen and adjacent to the exit to the large outdoor living space. This dining table can seat 6 and there are 4 low-rise bar stools at the kitchen counter as well.
Adjacent to the kitchen and right inside the front door is a second living space outfitted with a high-resolution, flat-screen TV. Guests have access to cable TV and high-speed internet at this property. A newly-added hall bathroom is perfect for visitors.
Continuing to the right wing of the house, guests will reach the gorgeous master suite. The bedroom has a queen bed and another flat-screen TV. It features a bump out with a comfortable window seat and a very large bathroom with a double-vanity, freestanding tub and spacious, walk-in shower.
The home's split floorplan has the two other bedrooms and a full bath on a private hallway beside the laundry room with a newly installed washer and dryer. The second bedroom has two twin beds, lovely built-in bookshelves, and plantation shutter blinds for the tall windows. The third bedroom has a queen bed and coastal finishes with similar window treatments. Both have wide closets to provide ample storage.
For parking, guests have the use of the home's private driveway. The attached outdoor storage closet is a great place to house your bikes, golf equipment, and beach gear.
Enjoy the many miles of walking trails within the gated Omni Amelia Island Resort. Since this home is set down a quiet, residential road, guests can explore various quiet, resort settings. The restaurants, shops, and spa within the resort are a short drive away or guests can venture to the Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach, about 15 minutes north by car.
