In the heart of the Hill Country are the remarkable Green Acres Cottages. Located only two blocks from the Blanco River and minutes away from Wimberley’s town square these expertly decorated stylish cottages are the perfect place to begin your Hill Country adventure.
This spacious cottage hosts a Queen bed with sleeper sofa as well as a roomy galley kitchen stocked with a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and dishes and utensils, a generous full bath with gorgeous tile work, a large walk in shower and stylish vanity with plenty of room to clean up.
Enjoy the common area that hosts grills and outdoor seating. This area is perfect for stargazing on a clear night with family and friends.
Spend the day swimming, tubing, rafting, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, or just relaxing alongside the tranquil Blanco River at the designated marked swimming area. Guests will find the river access is within walking distance of the cottages (Please read the notes in the cottage to familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations of the water access).
Green acres cottages are an excellent choice for couples, family or friends looking for a relaxing retreat in the heart of Hill Country. Blanco river access is available only a short distance from the property. Take a quick 5 minute walk down to the river and enjoy fishing, swimming, and tubing.

With Wimberley only a few minutes away, enjoy the delicious restaurants as well as the charming shops. Blue Hole Regional Park is also located very close as well as many wineries. If you enjoy hiking there are many trails in the area. Take a drive to Canyon Lake and rent a boat or jet skis for a fun afternoon, or explore New Braunfels and Gruene for a fun day trip.
