This residence is only two houses from the wonderful restaurants and bars on Magazine Street. You will absolutely love being in the middle of everything, we are less than 10 minutes to the French Quarter, Super Dome, Jazz Fest and Famous Tipitina’s. Perfect location during Mardi Gras!! When renovating this property, we went above and beyond to make this the best place to stay at during your trip to New Orleans. Everything's Brand New!! Furniture, Kitchen and SS appliances (inc washer & dryer), Deck, Queen size beds, dressers w/ mirrors, 10-seat dining table, couches & 60" HD TV (w cable & Netflix). This 3,000 sq/ft. townhouse has hardwood flooring and 13' ceilings throughout. Our place is perfect for family trips, reunions, conference visits and most importantly - Friends just hanging out :). Sit back with friends and family in our well furnished Living and Dining Rooms. We have a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook. This place sleeps 10 very comfortably. Massive deck w/ very comfortable patio furniture for BBQ's & joyful crawfish boils. Finally, the entire house is fully secured with an ADT Security System. Cable & Netflix (Wi-Fi) included. ** All furniture in our place is Brand New. ** Countless restaurants, coffee shops & bars within walking distance. One walking block away from Starbucks and just three blocks away from the famous Commander's Palace. ** Great for families with children - bedrooms have plenty of space for pac n' plays and areas for babies :).
