Located in the quaint village of Sugar Beach, “Gathering Thyme” is just a short walk to the Gulf! This four-bed/three-and-a-half-bath beach house boasts custom hardwood floors, towering ceilings, two master suites, and smart TVs with DirecTv Stream. in every bedroom. This impeccable home was built with entertaining in mind: lounge on the screened porch, fire up the gas grill in the backyard or enjoy the breeze on the front porch and balconies. You’ll also have access to a shared sparkling pool.
Unwind in the expansive living room, complete with an oversized sectional, two armchairs, and a 65” smart TV. Beautiful beach-chic touches make create an inviting space. Create culinary magic in the fully equipped kitchen, detailed with gleaming granite countertops, a large island, and Bosch stainless steel appliances. When it is time to eat, dine at the elegant table for six or perch at the four-person island.
This two-story home sleeps up to 12 guests between four bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a 40” smart TV. Find quiet privacy in the sophisticated primary suite, appointed with a comfy king bed. The en suite bathroom features a double granite vanity and a spa-inspired walk-in shower. The second primary suite is equipped with a king bed, while the en suite bathroom has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a clawfoot tub, as well as a separate water closet. This suite has direct access to a private balcony. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin-over-full bunk beds, while the fourth bedroom has a queen bed and private balcony access. A full bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides added convenience.
Spend leisurely afternoons on your screened porch, complete with a six-person dining table and a patio set for four. Your rental also has a front porch and two private balconies. When evening falls, sizzle kebabs on the gas grill in your private fenced backyard. An outdoor shower is handy after fun-filled beach days. Just 100 feet away, dip in the shared year-round pool (unheated).
