Positive: The pool was great and being right on the beach was nice

Negative: This was my 3rd time staying in this resort in the past year. Prior experiences were great. This time very unimpressed and wanted to speak to the host but can't find a way to contact them. Room 733 should not be rented out until things are fixed. I had to buy a nightlight for the bathroom because the light was too dim and flickering. Literally could not see while in the bathroom unless we left the door open for the lights in the apartment to see. Everytime we turned the hot water on in the bathroom it smelled like something was burning. Also, the first bed when you walk in broke on me twice. The boards under the platform kept falling. Had I been able to get ahold of someone I would have asked for a new room but again everytime I went down to the office it was closed. It's actually a shame because my previous experiences were great. I was not happy for the money I paid it was a very unpleasant experience all around. I would love to speak to someone from Girasole. And as I stated, I wouldn't rent that room out until these issues are addressed. I will not stay there again which is very unfortunate because it's a beautiful place.
