When you arrive you will notice the new tropical landscaping and the sign above the door " Gone Coastal" and you know its time to forget everything and enjoy your vacation. You enter the property via a keyless entry keypad with your own unique passcode. From the moment your walk into the 2019 built home you will notice how open and bright the property is with that coastal feel. The large inviting open concept living room/dining room/ kitchen. Plenty of space for everyone to sit and enjoy TV or dinner. High Speed wireless internet is available. Large refrigerator and dishwasher with all the amenities you should need for cooking at the house. We also provide waffle iron, blender, air fryer, panini maker, Keurig Coffee Maker , coffee filters , essential spices and sugar .
Laundry room with washer, dryer and iron and dryer ironing board available.
Each bedroom has its own TV .
The Master bedroom has a King bed with a window so lots of natural light , a dresser , bedside cabinet lamp , and TV . You will find the en suite bathroom stocked with all bathroom essentials , shampoo , shower gel , toothbrushes, toothpaste , lotion , towels and hair dryer with a large shower with and extra large closet. Separate toilet . Extra towels in the closet .
The second bedroom has a King bed with a large closet, bedside table with lamp , dresser and TV , with a window.
The third bedroom has a Queen bed plus a bunk bed which is a single size on top and a twin on the bottom and there are 2 roll out extra beds if needed with linen .

The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with access via a private hallway . The bathroom has a tub/shower and sink . Also a toilet and closet . You will also find the bathroom stocked with essentials like shampoo, shower gel, soap , toothbrushes and toothpaste, towels and hairdryer Extra towels in the closet.
We have games in the cabinet under the TV in the living room , Monopoly for adults and other games for children. Also a Corn hole Board Game which is kept in the garage but feel free to take it outside to play a game and enjoy the beautiful weather
Enjoy coffee in. the morning on the patio or a glass of wine in the evening while cooking on the grill . If it's chilly then light the gas fire and keep nice an toasty.
This Laguna Beach property is less than 2 blocks from the sugar white sands and emerald waters ,a 5 minute walk , or take a stroll around the neighborhood.
Beach towels and a cooler also provided , less items for you to pack or purchase! Also 2 paddle boards with life jackets available for your use for an additional fee $100 per board per stay plus $250 refundable deposit ,providing there is no damage to the boards ,at the end of your stay
Enjoy a walk around the peaceful friendly neighborhood and see the many different styles of homes from the original block beach homes to the 3 or 4 story new beach homes.
The Carousel Grocery Store and World Famous Thomas Doughnuts Store are 1 mile away. Winn Dixie and Publix Grocery stores are close in either direction. Local restaurants from fresh seafood to the Back Street Bar-B-Q on highway 98 to Cuvee 30A at Inlet Beach in the Avenues. They have a great happy hour and if you need reservations do not hesitate to contact me.
From Laguna Beach you are 4 miles from the famous 30A and all the different neighborhoods from Inlet Beach all the way to Dune Allen each one very unique. A great thing to do is too rent a bicycle and ride along 30A such a fun way to spend a day. You are also a 5 min car ride away from Pier Park and all the shopping and dining amenities that also has to offer. The Panama City Beach Airport is a short 20 mins drive away.

FYI we do have a camera on the doorbell a the front door and also above the garage facing the driveway so if you do bring more guests than you put in your reservation or on the short term rental agreement where I ask you to list all guests , you will either be asked to leave or depending on how many guests you have in total there will be extra fees charged .
