This amazing property is an incredible river front estate in Fort Myers Florida. The estate consists of a main house and a guest house. The estate is comprised of over 12,000 square feet. The property has been carefully appointed with 17th, 18th and 19th century antiques throughout as well as Italian marble floors and counter tops which reflect the owner's fondness for Europe. . The main house has five bedrooms with 2 king size beds, 1 queen, and 2 doubles. There are three full baths. The guest house has 2 bedrooms with ensuite full baths. There is also a full bath at pool level for your convenience. The rooftop garden is absolutely stunning for sunset views. The rooftop has 2700 square feet for sun and fun including seated dining for 26. Please feel free to also enjoy the dock and pool area. You will be very close to all the best that Fort Myers has to offer: Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Beach, Captiva Beach, the Edison-Ford Estates, spring training baseball stadia, outlet shopping, and of course the quaint nightlife of downtown. Our property manager will do everything to ensure that you have a fantastic stay during your time in Fort Myers. Deposit is due at booking. Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. There is a 7 day minimum booking period from Saturday to Saturday. Summary: I really hate to sound over the top, but this property was the perfect place to stay!! The view from the rooftop garden is amazing!! I can't even begin to describe the magnificent sunsets across the river. We. had 13 in our group, and everyone had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room for all of us. The pool was the perfect place to hang out and watch the boats and yachts go by on the river....one day, a pod of dolphins swam by...and that really got the grandkids fired up!! Both the front and back yards are quite large, and very nicely landscaped. The backyard is completely fenced in. Even though there are neighbors, the property is huge and you really get a sense of privacy, and luxury. The kitchen is extremely well stocked...I love to cook, and did not find anything lacking. It seriously is the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO I have stayed in. The restaurants and activities sent out in the welcome package all lived up to our expectations...it is a very well thought out welcome package. The golf course ( just down the street from the house) was a hit with our boys, as were the Edison Estate, and the downtown area all of which are within 3 miles of the property. Definitely make reservations at the restaurants that are recommended; they fill up quite fast as Fort Myers does have a bunch of Snow birds for the season...and you will realize why they go...the weather even in January if fabulous mid 70's to low 80's...perfect for a winter get away!!
