Enjoy our NON SMOKING BASEMENT SUITE in a quiet waterfront neighborhood located Located on the beautiful Watts Barr Lake. Owners live upstairs, but you have a private entrance into your suite right off the lake.

Swimming, fishing, jet skiing, paddle boarding and more!

You have access to the shared boat dock with a covered veranda, rocking lounge chairs, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Loads of fishing and relaxing. You also have access to the newly built outdoor living area with chaise lounges, dining for 6, and a covered porch with hot tub for the star gazers, a grill for that fish you caught, 2 rockers for your morning coffee or late night wine.

Plenty of backyard to enjoy a game of catch, frisbee or simply get some exercise.

You also have access to our fully decked gym! Please see us for times as we do host boot camp classes and personal training sessions.

We even have rentals available for your water fun! Jet ski, paddle boards, kayak, canoe, and a boating experience! Please see us for rental rates.

Summary: My boyfriend and I stayed for Labor Day weekend; we couldn’t have had a better trip. Sandy and Steve’s house is beautiful; the private suite was perfect. Had access to hot tub, great Lake views and Sandy/Steve were very informative about things to do/enjoy in the surrounding areas. Was a wonderful experience that we would recommend to anyone looking for a few relaxing days away!
