However, in the back of the home, connected by a long outdoor hallway, there is a separate dwelling with a private entrance where the hosts reside. The space is completely yours, uninterrupted for the duration of your stay, however the parking and the outdoor patio is shared, and we ask that you leave one parking space open for the host.
No smoking is allowed on property. No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed. Please also respect the neighbors and monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet hours are in place from 10:00pm - 8:00am.
