This nearly 1,500 square foot property comfortably accommodates and sleeps 6 people (all in beds) + babies (Pack & Play Included). The balcony provides for additional living space perfect for relaxing while admiring the emerald coast. Owner is consistently updating the property. Highlights include fresh, modern and quality furniture and décor, very comfortable orthopedic mattresses (2 kings and 2 twins) with bed bug encasements, a 55” Smart TV in the Living Area, huge library of books and games, lighting fast Wi-Fi/Premium Direct TV, a well-equipped kitchen including a VitaMix Blender and both Keurig and regular coffee makers, newer major appliances. Both the Master and Guest Bedrooms have King-sized beds and attached baths. The super cute bunk room has a proper door for privacy and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, perfect for both kiddos and adults. There are several areas to set up the Pack and Play (included) in and near the Master Bedroom. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy!
