Relax and enjoy the breezes and view from the large screened-in porch, day or night.

This 3rd floor walkup is walking distance to the Habersham marketplace to enjoy shopping and restaurants, the waterfront parks, nature trails, and the tennis courts. You will be a short drive to downtown Beaufort and Port Royal and can enjoy all the amenities they offer.

Located 10 minutes from historic downtown Beaufort and Parris Island. Enjoy the best in low country living with tasteful coastal décor, beautiful finishes, high ceilings, a screened in back with comfortable seating.

Summary: This property is located in the Habersham community. The community is really nice and allows the community to be self sufficient without having to leave the property. This is a great rental for an Individual family. The loft is not super private so I wouldn't recommend sharing this with multiple families. It would be nice if one of the beds was a master size, but not a deal breaker. 3rd story is a little bit of hike each time. Screen porch is super nice!
