Hey y’all! As you drive towards this lakefront home, you may find yourself thinking “what the redneck”?! To be totally transparent, you may not fall in love with our neighborhood at first sight. But once you reach this secret little hideaway, tucked away at the deadend of a paved road, you'll be thrilled that you discovered it.
A place to escape, take in the beauty of the water and listen to the sounds of the frogs and the owls. If you can see past the mobile homes that have been here since the moon landings, and the occasional bathroom appliance used as a flower planter, you will be rewarded with peace, tranquility and your own private fishing spot.
This home is brand new, immaculate inside and out, and can sleep four in two bedrooms (no uncomfortable sofa beds here). It comes with everything you need for your stay; in fact, you may never want to leave.
Please note that we do not allow smoking or vaping at all, neither inside or out. If you have any smokers in your group, this is not the place for you. Strict penalties apply and your stay will be terminated without refund.
You’ll have over 75 ft of lake front to yourself, providing access to Half Moon lake, the second biggest lake in the Ocala National Forest. The forest itself is on your doorstep, with plenty of off-road trails, and beautiful clear water springs. Bring your airboat and launch from here. Or if you’re looking for something a little more adventurous, take our two- man canoe out on the water (please check with us regarding availability) and a picnic, and spend the day paddling. When the sun begins to set, you’ll find two patios and a grill waiting for you to enjoy.
Gated and fenced, you can let your hound loose for no extra fee (subject to a few pet rules). Guests planning on bringing pets must contact us first to obtain authorization. Unauthorized pets are not permitted.
