Also upstairs are two Queen bedrooms, each with a 43” Smart TV. All four of the bedrooms have an en-suite full bathroom. Bed linens and towels provided. Living room with two large sofas and side chair and 55” Smart TV (with cable box), dining room, side screened porch with chaise sofa and side chair, large front porch with sectional and large coffee table. Kitchen with upgraded KitchenAid appliances and island seating for 2. Laundry room with sink and folding area. Ceiling fan in each bedroom, in living room, and on both porches.
Private brick patio with gas grille and 6 Adirondack chairs with plenty of space for parking bikes or storing beach items. Outdoor shower adjacent to patio.
Detached single car garage available for parking 1 average sized car. The following are provided and stored in garage for guest use: beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, corn hole board, bocce ball set and assorted beach toys. Ample space for storage of your personal items in the garage.
