Our hidden gem, Shady Acres is a tropical paradise that has been remodeled with our guest in mind. A great long term option. Enjoy open concept living with a Florida vibe. Kitchen has large granite island, all new stainless steel appliances, and a Kuerig coffer maker. New washer and dryer. The Flamingo room, primary, boast a spa like bathroom. Your guest will enjoy their rooms, Stuart Beach and the Sailfish Room. The main living area has a 55' tv with ROUKU and included access to local cable. All 3 bedrooms have smart tv's. Have a glass of wine and enjoy the view from your patio. Shady Acres has a creek in the backyard that attracts many different kinds of birds and ducks. Cook your fresh catch on the outdoor grill, shared with other guests. Off street parking. Shady Acres sleeps 6.
