Guests can lounge on the cozy sectional watching TV on the large flatscreen while the designated chefs prepare meals in the fully furnished kitchen. ***Effective 1/1/24, Frio Premier/Frio Select Rental Homes will not be providing towels to guests, including bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels for the kitchen and restroom, and bath mats. Guests will be responsible for bringing these items. FPRH/FSRH is proud to be able to continue to provide bed sheets, including flat sheets, fitted sheets, and pillowcases for all beds. Linen fees have been adjusted accordingly to only reflect sheet rental and prices have been set based on house size and number of beds in the home.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our large family group. The best part was the other part of the family stayed at Casa Estrella right next door. Our ages ranged from 7 yrs old to 80 yrs old. Tami and her staff from Frio Premier/Frio Select had excellent customer service. When we had a few minor issues they responded immediately.
