Welcome to our historic 1946 Pfeiffer House. Built by the Pfeiffer family who owned Pfeiffer Drug. Our home is completely reclaimed, renovated & tastefully decorated. It offers 2 private bedrooms; a quiet sitting room; a large entertainment room w/ a wet bar, books, music & 65 in. tv; full kitchen; laundry; bath & dining room. Outside is a private 2 car drive, fenced yard, patio, pergola & uplighting. Comfort & History just minutes from downtown Pensacola, NAS Pens & our sugar sand beaches.
When you enter the Pfeiffer House, you’ll instantly feel at home. The warm flowing blonde pine floors welcome you through the front door into a relaxing sitting room where Historic meets beach and romance. The furnishings throughout the house are super clean and comfortable.
Our galley kitchen is spacious, featuring granite counter tops, high-end stainless steel appliances and amenities to cook fresh gulf coast seafood. You'll find fresh herbs growing on the patio which you're welcome to use. We love a good smoothie in the morning, so we've provided a blender just in case you like to do the same. There's a toaster, a Keurig and for the coffee snob at heart (like us) we have a french press ready and waiting. We provide an eight piece place setting of pretty Fiesta(R) brand dishes and silverware. When you’re ready to serve a meal, the charming dining room seats four comfortably.
Our game room is expansive and overflowing with things to do. You can stream on our 65 inch smart television, choose one of our books to read, make a puzzle, play a game, or enjoy some music on the record player while mixing a cocktail at the built-in bar complete with a wet sink and wine cooler.
The outdoor space is accessible just off the game room through the double sliding doors. It's completely private with a 6 foot fence. Bistro lights on the pergola and up-lit vegetation. In the morning it's a wonderful spot to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee with the butterflies that frequent our yard. Look up, you may see a surprise flyover of the Navy's Blue Angels. Have lunch at the dining table and play some of our yard games. In the evening turn on the garden lights to enhance the yard's beauty.
When you’re ready to retire after a sun soaked day there are two private bedrooms with comfortable Queen Beds and crisp bedding. The master features a smart television to access your personal streaming favorites, an adjoining laundry room with a washer/dryer and a desk space for remote work.
The Pfeiffer House sleeps four comfortably but also hosts two pull out couches. One in the sitting room and one in the game room.
