DETAILS: Located in the Cottage District of WaterColor, 22 Viridian Park Drive is a professionally decorated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom cottage with sleeping accommodations for 9 guests. It's also just a short bike ride away from Seaside and the many nature trails, parks, and playgrounds that WaterColor is known for. Guests will have full access to the WaterColor Beach Club that features multiple restaurants and chair service.
Upon entry, the home's first floor has an informal sitting area with a flat-screen TV and 2 guest rooms. The first bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom, while the other also has a king bed and a bathroom that is shared with the hallway.
The home's main level is on the second floor, with an abundance of natural light shining in from the porch. The kitchen has custom wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and combined seating for 10 at the breakfast bar and dining table.
