Summary: Lady who checked us in and the female shuttle driver is all there is to brag about. Hotel was run down, musty, and broken. Lock in bathroom door- broken. Dirty smears of something all over the back of the door. Bed- fox holed. Dead bugs in corners of floor in both bedroom and bathroom. Male shuttle driver refused to pick us back up (roughly 11 of us) from expo due to “inclement weather” and having to go “pick up his girl”. We all mooched a ride back to the hotel in sep cars only to find him there behind the counter until midnight. There was less than 1” of snow and we were only a few miles away at expo center. Lastly- water heater broke last morning so no hot showers for anyone. Good times.
