The light-filled second-floor main living area has two sofas (one is a sleeper sofa), accent chairs, and a 55" flat-screen TV -- ideal for a movie night. On the ground floor, the second living area has a sofa, two armchairs, a desk area, and a flat-screen TV. Prepare meals in the gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Perch at the island bar with seating for three, where you can sip morning brew made from your choice of a Keurig or full-size coffee maker. When dinner is ready, gather at the expandable dining table with seating for eight.
This three-story home sleeps up to eight guests in three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The third floor is dedicated to the master suite, which has a king bed, private seating area, and 50" flat-screen TV. The luxurious en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, separate water closet, and walk-in shower with dual showerheads. On the second floor, the second bedroom has two twin beds and 42" flat-screen TV. Enter the home from the beach-themed front porch, furnished with two love seats. The ground-floor balcony area has seating for two and is ideal for morning coffee. On the second floor, a smaller balcony has two armchairs and a love seat, while the larger balcony has a grill and a table with seating for six. Additional folding chairs are provided. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway). Parking on the grass or on the street is strictly prohibited.
